Drone Service
Young’s home surveys are a member of the Civil Aviation Authority Standards.
We offer a high quality Drone Service as an additional service to our Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
We can also provide a standalone Drone Service if required.
A Drone Service can identify hidden details and defects of gutters, roofs and chimneys that are out of view and cannot be inspected in any other way. This can help to provide a more detailed and accurate condition of these areas of the property.
If a Drone Service is added to a Level 2 or 3 survey, there will be a £70.00 additional fee.
