About Young's Home Surveys
Stephen Young is the owner and director of Young’s Home Surveys.
Stephen has extensive knowledge of building pathology and residential surveying, as a result achieving various qualifications in the areas of building construction and building surveying.
In addition to a Bsc (hons) in Building Surveying, he is also a graduate of the SAVA School of Surveying and has attained the DipRSV qualification. Stephen is also a member of professional governing bodies including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RSPA).
To date, Stephen has over 10 years experience of surveying domestic properties across the North West of England and has secured an in depth knowledge of property types within the Greater Manchester area.

We work for the client only.
